We are a tenant led housing organisation managing over 750 tenancies on behalf of the City of Wolverhampton Council based on the Dovecotes Estate, Pendeford, Wolverhampton.
Our Services
We offer a local housing and tenancy managment service to the residents of Dovecotes. Our office is located in the heart of the estate on Ryefield and we assist with housing related enquiries and payments.
Safe and Secure
We have a highly-skilled repairs and maintenance team offering services to both tenants and residents.
Who We Are
Dovecotes Tenant Management Organisation has been successfully managing council housing stock on the estate since 2006 when 860 council owned properties were transferred under the Right to Manage Regulations.
Dovecotes is a locally managed services led by residents. Our most valuable asset is our team, they have the knowledge, experience, and skills to deliver a high-quality housing management service.

As locally led we can provide an enhanced service above and beyond the statutory requirement from local authority. We are here to help with all issues and concerns relating to your community and home. As a tenant led organisation your voice matters.

We will maintain an efficient and professional service in ensuring your home is a clean, safe and secure environment to live in.
Repairs
We are responsible for completing most repairs to tenants’ homes. It’s important that you report repairs to us straight away, so we can put the problem right as quickly as possible.
