Check Your Balance
Keeping track of your rent balance is easy and helps you stay on top of your payments. At Dovecotes TMO, we offer simple ways for residents to check their account status.
Online portal
Log in to your tenant account to view your current balance, payment history, and upcoming charges. Steps to check your balance online:
- Visit the Wolverhampton Homes website.
- Click on the My Account section.
- If you haven’t got an online account, please register.
- If you are already registered, enter your email and password.
- Once logged in, navigate to Accounts to view your rent balance.
- Review your current balance, recent payments, and any outstanding charges.
- Click the three dots on the right for further options including make a payment
You can download the My account portal as an app, on both Apple and Android.
Phone support
Call our office and speak to a member of the team who can provide your balance and answer any questions.
In-person
Visit the Dovecotes TMO office during opening hours for face-to-face support.
